Welcome to Swasth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swasth mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service") operated by MyAdsMantra ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Swasth is a health and wellness platform that provides:

• Menstrual cycle tracking and prediction
• Pregnancy week-by-week journey tracking
• Baby growth and vaccination monitoring
• Medication reminders and tracking
• Mood, sleep, and wellness journaling
• Health insights and community features

3. Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Swasth is NOT a medical device.

Swasth is a wellness and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

• Cycle predictions are statistical averages, not clinical diagnoses
• Pregnancy week guides are informational — every pregnancy is unique
• Never delay seeking professional medical advice based on app data
• In case of emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (108 in India)

4. Account Registration

• You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

5. Your Data

• You own all data you enter into Swasth
• You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings
• We will never sell your health data to third parties
• See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to harm or exploit others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by MyAdsMantra and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Subscriptions

Some features of Swasth may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• Refunds are handled according to your app store's refund policy

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google, Apple, Supabase, and Expo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAdsMantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account through Settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
