How do I create an account on Swasth?
Download Swasth from Google Play or the App Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You can register using your email address, phone number, or sign in with Google/Apple. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile.
Is my health data safe on Swasth?
Yes. All your data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with applicable data protection regulations. We never sell your personal health data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account > Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your personal data and health records within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@swasth.health. See our Data Deletion Policy for details.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, your password is managed by those services.
How do medication reminders work?
Go to the Medications section in the app and add your medications with dosage and schedule. Swasth will send you push notifications at the scheduled times. You can customize reminder times and sound in the notification settings.
Can I use Swasth offline?
Swasth allows you to view previously synced data offline. Some features like telehealth consultations and data sync require an internet connection.
Which devices are supported?
Swasth supports Android 8.0+ and iOS 15+. For the best experience, keep your app updated to the latest version.
How do I connect with a doctor through telehealth?
Navigate to the Telehealth section, browse available providers, and book a consultation. You will receive a video link before your scheduled appointment time. Telehealth availability may vary by region.
